  1. Case Review & Medical Evaluation

    Every case begins with a thorough review. We examine medical records, consult with the patient's treating physicians, and verify the trip is appropriate. Our Medical Director oversees every case to ensure safe, sound planning from the start.

  2. Medical & Airline Coordination

    Our team manages the airline medical authorizations, required documentation, and any special accommodations, including MEDIF submissions, oxygen coordination, stretcher arrangements, and seating configurations.

  3. Travel Planning & Ground Logistics

    We coordinate the complete travel itinerary, including ground transportation at both origin and destination. That means flights, ground ambulances, facility transitions, and a detailed itinerary the family can actually follow.

  4. Paramedic Escort & Safe Arrival

    Where a case calls for it, a licensed paramedic accompanies the patient throughout the journey, providing monitoring, reassurance, and non-emergency medical support through to a safe arrival at the final destination.
