As a medical escort company, Skyline Medix provides professional transport and travel assistance. In doing so, we may collect protected health information (PHI) to coordinate safe travel, arrange necessary medical oversight, and meet passenger needs.
We adhere to applicable Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations to keep health details, travel schedules, and personal documentation confidential and secure.
Information we collect through this website
Skyline Medix is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or PHI to third parties.
Browsing the site
You can browse this website without submitting any personal data. As with any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data for every request, including IP address, browser type and the time of access. This is used to operate and secure the site.
The contact form
Our contact form does not send anything to a server of ours. When you complete it, your browser assembles a message and opens WhatsApp with that text ready to send. Nothing is stored on this website, and the conversation that follows lives in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta.
Because that message travels through WhatsApp, the form asks you not to include medical records or clinical details. Origin, destination, approximate dates and a general question are enough for us to start, and anything clinical is better discussed once we are in contact.
What your own browser stores
Two small preferences are kept on your device and never leave it: the language you choose, so the site opens in it next time, and a temporary draft of the contact form, which is discarded shortly after you leave the page. Neither is a cookie and neither is sent anywhere.
Fonts
The typefaces on this site are served by the site itself. No request is made to Google or to any other third party to display these pages.
Cookies and measurement
As of the effective date above, this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
We intend to add website measurement through Google Analytics and Google Ads in the future. This is not active yet. When it is, this policy will be updated first, and where the law requires it, a consent notice will be shown before anything is collected.

Who we share it with
Coordinating a medical trip requires sharing information with the parties involved in it. We do not share aggregated demographic data or health information with external parties except when necessary to facilitate transit operations, such as communicating with medical transport partners or airlines as required for travel clearance, as permitted by HIPAA, or when required by legal authorities.
The service providers that process data on our behalf today are our hosting provider and Meta, through WhatsApp.

This website is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and applies browser security headers on every page. As described above, it holds no database and stores no submission of yours.
